CEO & Managing Director - Robert Quinlan, Robert receive his BA and MS from University of Texas in Austin in Business and Geology, Magna Cum Laude. Prior to him joining Spectra Group, he worked for Davis Petroleum as Senior Geologist and Project Manager, and before that he was the Project Manager for Shell in both Saudi Arabia and in Venezuela. Robert is also a professional Pianist at night when he is not working in the field.

Senior Geologiest & Managing Director - George Chilingar, Dr. Chilingar is one of the best known Geologist in the world. He is now a full time professor at the University of Southern California, and was a director of the Unocal Oil for many years. He has received awards from the King of Saudi Arabia, former Shah of Iran, President of Taiwan, and former US President Ronald Reagan for his contribution in geological science, in fact, a very productive field in Iran is named after Prof. Chilingar.

COO & Director of Marketing - George Shen, George received his MBA from Central China Normal University, and his JD from California Northwestern University. Prior to founding Spectra, he worked for both Davis Petroleum, and then Royal Energy, a holding company belongs to the members of the Saudi Royal family. Both companies have a strong track record in exploration, and drilling. George represented both companies in all aspects of the petroleum businesses, from exploration to brokering refined products.

Chief Counsel & Director - Vince Messina, Vince received his JD from University of Virginia, and a SJD from New York University in Taxation. Vince is an Internationally respected attorney, and he has represented the who's who in both governments and prominent individuals. Some of the clients he represented to include, but not limited to the government of Libya, the government of Kuwait, the government of Grenada and etc.. He also represented also many of the most prominent blue chips corporation in the US and Europe.

Secretary of the Board - Sandra Needs, Sandra has extensive experience in corporate management. She worked for INTUIT, INC, as Executive Assistant to the VP of Investor Relations/Treasurer and prior to this she worked at SRI INTERNATIONAL (formely Stanford Research Institute) where she was Assistant Corporate Secretary. Sandra received her BA degree from California State University at Los Angeles.
